What is the Lifetime Antenna Service program?
The Lifetime Antenna service program is designed to minimize your cost should you need a replacement antenna or need any service on an existing unit. It will cover the trip charge to the home and the labor needed to fix the problem. It eliminates any major out of pocket expenses so you can keep surfing the web worry free.
When does this program begin?
Starting January 1, 2010 all monthly invoices will include service.
What equipment does the Lifetime Antenna Service program cover?
The program covers your antenna, cable, and POE. It does not cover wireless internet routers.
Why are you adding this program?
Because our current customers own their equipment, it can be costly should they need to replace it due to age or failure. This program gives our customers a way to avoid a major expense and lets Intercept Wireless maintain their equipment.
What happens if I opt out of this program?
If you opt out and you need service, a $35 trip charge will be billed to your account. You will also be responsible for the cost of a replacement antenna if needed.
What does an Antenna cost?
We use several antennas depending on the distance between your home and an Intercept tower. They range in cost from $100 to $175.
